History

The Pallotta’s baking tradition began over 100 years ago in Italy.

In 1948, the Pallotta family opened its first bakery in the Italian North Hill area of Akron, Ohio. In late 2005, the Pallotta family moved the bakery to a new location in Cuyahoga Falls.

Pallotta’s Pastries believes in using the best ingredients available in order to provide the customer with products of the highest quality. Unique recipes, attention to detail and presentation are a few reasons for the continued growth of our family-owned business.

Pallotta’s Pastries was awarded with the honor of “2010 Beacon’s Best Cakes” and then won again in 2011 for Beacon’s “Best Cakes” and “Best Bakery.” We thank you for your continued support of Pallotta’s Pastries and hope to see you soon.
